By placing an order with Wooden Rustic Craft, you agree to the following terms:
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.
Handmade Products
Each piece is individually handmade. Natural variations in wood grain, colour, knots and other characteristics are part of the material and may differ slightly from photographs or from other pieces.
Product Descriptions
I aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. However, colours and natural wood characteristics may appear differently depending on screens and lighting conditions.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using the delivery service selected for the order. Estimated delivery times are provided where available but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with my Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved in accordance with your statutory rights.
Governing Law
These terms and any contract for the purchase of goods from Wooden Rustic Craft are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
