All pieces made and sold by WoodenRusticCraft are individually handmade, with Rustic & Farmhouse being the design style and aesthetic that guides my craftsmanship.

Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing.

My products are intentionally made to preserve the natural, authentic and characterful appearance of handcrafted wood rather than the perfectly smooth, uniform and flawless finish associated with mass-produced products.

Visible saw marks, tool marks, scratches, knots, cracks, uneven edges, variations in texture, colour and grain, small imperfections, and other visible signs of the handmade process may be intentionally present in the finished piece.

These characteristics are intentional and are an inherent part of the Rustic & Farmhouse style.

They are not defects, manufacturing faults or evidence of poor workmanship.

No two pieces made by WoodenRusticCraft will be exactly the same.

Natural wood is not a perfectly uniform material, and the handmade process means that individual pieces may naturally differ in appearance.

By purchasing a product from WoodenRusticCraft, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and accept that natural imperfections and visible signs of the handmade process are part of the product you are purchasing.

Therefore, the presence of natural knots, minor scratches, saw marks, tool marks, uneven edges, variations in colour, grain or texture, or other characteristics consistent with the Rustic & Farmhouse style described above does not, by itself, constitute a defect or a reason for the item to be considered faulty or not as described.

If you purchase a piece and subsequently decide that you do not like or did not expect these intentional characteristics, the item may only be returned in accordance with the applicable return terms, and the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer where permitted by applicable law.

If you are looking for a perfectly smooth, uniform and flawless finish with no visible marks, knots, variations or signs of the tools and handmade process, please do not purchase a product from WoodenRusticCraft.

Please purchase only if you genuinely appreciate and accept the character, natural variations and imperfections inherent in this style of handmade craftsmanship.

WoodenRusticCraft — Every piece is unique. The imperfections are part of the character — not a defect.
