Wooden Rustic Craft is an online-only business and I do not have a physical shop open to the public. My workshop is a private workspace where I make and prepare your orders, so the workshop address is not provided as a public contact or shop address.

For returns, the relevant return address and instructions are provided on the invoice included with your order.

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the UK.

I use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver orders across the UK. I choose the most suitable courier for each order based on the delivery address and the service available for that area.

UK delivery is £4.98. Orders over £80 qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Deliveries to UK islands and remote areas may take 3–6 business days.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. The available payment options will be shown during checkout.

Yes. Every piece is made by hand in my workshop in Northampton, England.

I make each piece individually, so natural variations in grain, colour, texture and other characteristics are part of the character of handmade woodcraft.

Yes! We like to offer special discounts from time to time, usually between 10% and 20%. If there isn't a promotion running right now, don't worry — keep an eye on the shop, as a new offer may appear soon.

All WoodenRusticCraft pieces are handmade in my workshop in Northampton, England.

WoodenRusticCraft is a small, one-person business, and I personally take care of the making, finishing, photography, listings and packing of the products.

I work mainly with oak, but I also use a selection of exotic and other interesting timbers.

Some pieces may be made from natural, reclaimed, spalted or naturally aged wood. The materials used for each piece are described in the individual product listing.

Rustic & Farmhouse is the design style and aesthetic that guides my work.

The style celebrates the natural character of wood and the visible signs of handmade craftsmanship rather than a perfectly smooth, uniform and flawless factory-made finish.

Natural knots, grain and colour variations, as well as visible saw marks, tool marks, scratches, uneven edges and other small imperfections may be intentionally present and are part of the character of the piece.

Yes. Wood is a natural material, so every piece can have its own grain, knots, colour, texture and natural variations.

As the products are handmade, you may also notice marks from the tools and making process, such as saw marks, tool marks, small scratches or uneven edges.

These characteristics are part of the Rustic & Farmhouse style and are not, by themselves, considered defects or evidence of poor workmanship.

Yes. Consumers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

After cancelling, the goods should normally be returned within 14 days.

If you return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer want it, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
