Where a bulb is included with a lamp, it is provided as a complimentary gift.

The bulb is an additional item and is not part of the handmade lamp itself. Complimentary bulbs are not covered by a replacement policy, and I do not provide free replacement bulbs or an ongoing bulb replacement service.

Bulbs are consumable electrical items and their lifespan can vary depending on use. If a complimentary bulb stops working or needs replacing, the customer can purchase a suitable replacement bulb from any lighting or DIY retailer.

My business is focused on designing and making handmade lamps, and my product support relates to the lamp itself, its construction and craftsmanship, rather than the ongoing replacement of complimentary bulbs.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to the lamp itself under UK consumer law.
